I mean, if your job is secured, then that's probably best to stick with and keep trading as a hobby or a part-time, til you are so sure enough of leaving, if you are able to make good money.

For forex, I have been using fxview from the list personally however I'd suggest you to DYOR before settling for anyone. I'm not trading in cryptos but they have recently started offering crypto trading so you can get both with them i guess.

Practice makes a man perfect, but in forex, practicing makes you smarter & more experienced. Because of how often the market changes so you have to keep learning.

Any ECN regulated broker should be good. You can demo test their demo to get a better idea. Fxview is what I use for scalping.

Spreads are fine,obviously with exotics you won’t get tight spreads usually yet if you compare it with others, i’d say fxview’s spreads have been quite decent.

Good thought. Its actually better to demo trade for a few months,(atleast 3- 4)before going live. The difference is in the fact that on a live account your real money would be the capital, on demo you dont trade with your funds.
