What to do with my life?

If I was in your situation, I would be asking myself how could I quickly build up my trading capital and trading skills. Given you have a college degree, you could get a sales job and in short order be making six figures if you can hustle. Depending on your expenses, you could have 200k saved...

The Golden Age of Rich People Not Paying Their Taxes

Neither party has any interest in addressing the deficit as it won't win them votes in an election. It's hopeless. One can only face facts and prepare accordingly.

    NY AG to weaponize office

Never said I did not support the President. That aside, who in their right mind would not do business with someone for supporting the POTUS? That is roughly 46% of the US! The 8 year old down the street running a lemonade stand has better business sense than that. You are displaying text...

    NY AG to weaponize office

Who says I am a Trump supporter? Maybe I am, maybe I am not. Plus, this is not business, this is a bet to be facilitated by a third party.

Short survey for market research regarding Real-time Futures market data

The first question has the following in it: "This data feed is not meant for Live trading." Why would I want a real time data feed that I can't live trade with?

    NY AG to weaponize office

You seem confident in your prediction. Care to make a wager on that? I'll put down $2500 that Trump never sees the inside of a jail cell. Of course we would have to put some more parameters on this bet and work out the details. There are services that can facilitate private bets between...

What is the best way to learn coding for MetaTrader 4?

Try this...divide the problem (coding your system) into the following parts. 1. Signal logic 2. Entry logic 3. Exit logic Those three parts might also be able to be further divided. Identify the parts that appear "easiest" and code those parts while testing with an "out-of-box" strategy...

    NI - natural intelligence

I am just a blue collar problem solver trying to determine if the market is more likely to go up than down (and vice-versa) and automate what I can.

    Agile Coach

The problem we ran into with the last big Agile project I was working on was the customers were the product owner and internal stake holders. Every two weeks, a demo would occur and we were praised for building what they wanted. The problem was what they wanted was a flawed idea.

    Agile Coach

I have been on two major software projects (among others) that went horribly wrong. One used waterfall methodology and the other Agile. No process will save you from bad ideas and decisions. The Agile priests I have encountered will try and convince you otherwise.

    Agile Coach

Can't believe "Agile Coach" is a real position....quite often see adverts for it popping up in my LinkedIn feed. It's one thing if you are a software dev manager with "Agile" experience but to hire a dedicated Agile Coach is beyond ridiculous. Just send one of the dev managers to a training or...

    Removing the golden handcuffs

There were multiple signals triggered today but they did not pass the risk filter because the stops were too wide. For example, all systems use either a fix or trailing stop that is the multiple of the ATR. With increased volatility, some of the stops were in excess of 50 ES points for...
