I don't think the large companies are hiring people for their "trading edge". Usually, the company has its own strategies.

Instead of using crutches, why don't you reduce your positions/leverage? Your problem is deeper than you seem to think. Money Management is as essential as an edge. Trying to dump it on someone else is the amateur way of doing things.
