If you want to describe a troll trying to spam the site unsuccessfully around the clock for 7 days as using only "minimal effort", then you might want to rethink that.

I was doing some database work all morning which is why it was so slow. There have been some periodic issues over past couple weeks, but those are past us now.

The ability to predict the stock market is, as any Wall Street quantitative trader (or quant) will tell you, a license to print money. So it should be of no small interest to anyone who likes money that a new system that works in a radically different way than previous automated trading schemes...
