Some of the off-topic forums are pruned occasionally but I try to keep the content in the trading-focused forums as long as possible.

Don, It's just a matter of myself or the mods deleting the posts before you got around to viewing them. It was most likely a spammer and a couple of replies to the spammer that were deleted.

Yes, we implement restrictions via IP, email, and cookies. The downside of course, is that certain users who are computer savvy, have no life, and have plenty of time, can certainly get around all those restrictions if they really want to.
