Two days ago chip stocks were overshorted because of a report that euro might hurt chip companies. After TXN mid Q outlook on Tuesday, expect a much bigger rally by closing hours of today (Thursday). Some part of it is because of short squeeze and institutional buyings.

I don't know the exact day but SMH will pop up to 30 very soon. In less than 2 weeks. It was at 30 a month ago.

ADI will be over $30 by next Friday. Option expiry day. My trading pick was sell 27.5 PUT and buy 30 call for June.

ES recovered fast from 25 points down to flat. Basically this market does not want to crash. It is in oversold territory. It was a correction mixed with some oversold situation which came from crash scared traders. Today market will close green and strong.

Buyers in today's market are winners.

Look for a bounce in ADI. Extreme daily oversold condition. Should bounce back to above $29 by the end of the day.

When the future has the courage to become green before the open when it was deep in red last night and go against the market in Europe and Asia, it says this market wants to pop up and is a buy. Time will tell.
