%% Late SEPT tends to sell off. BUT cheap low PE stocks/etfs tends to go lower/ underperform. And value , low PE stocks tend to go lower, underperform. Thats one reason dow 30 tends to under perform=low PE. QQQ almost always has higher PE+ worth it...………………………………………………………………..
