Reloading doesn't seem to be the right word. I'd look at it this way. Uptrend started in mid Mar 2020. And it has been on uptrend since then. As price goes higher, the risk to long it will be higher. As to how high it will go, no idea.

you probably mean trading requires neutral emotion ie 1. Your hands must not shake 2. Heart pumps at normal rate 3. your body temp at normal temp 4. no itchiness 5. no anger , no anxiety, no greed, just neutral 6. no smashing of computer screen 7. no dog/wife/children kicking / bashing etc etc...
