absolutely correct. I think it is about ability to scalp market at the pivot time. For successful scalping one should be extra accurate, up to the minute or even 30 seconds. I think it's impossible to calculate pivot times +-30-60 sec. in advance. My pivot times are not for scalping, rather... -

John, please notice we are in the "post FOMC zone". It means that reversal trades are working better than momentum ones. This is short term tendency which is valid several days after FOMC - you can study historical charts and prove it. You are right using past levels, but be careful doing... -

John, it is your deal how to trade pivot times, but basically market timing is not for scalping, at least my approach. IMO one should have 10+ pivot times per day to have enough opportunities for scalping. Just my opinion of course. -

06/28 Look at 09/50 13/00 14/30 Remember I use mathematical model which doesn't know anything about FOMC. So 14/30 point is just a coincidence.
