John, if I understand correctly, you mention that there are fixed pivot times that are valid for every trading session?

You should develop sound market timing strategy in order to take trades only at predetermined moments. Notice that usually there are 2-4 good opportunities per trading session, not more. Learn to predict and/or recognize good moments, study time, not price.
