It seems that money from some real state stocks and others are pouring into tech now. I suggest if you have money and don't know what to trade, sell PUTs for out of the money tech stocks for November. Like TXN 27.5 or 30 and ADI 35, XLNX 22.5 that gives you around 4% in two weeks.

So u only sell options? 95% of the time. If I am bearish, I sell CALL and if Bullish Sell PUT. If I see that I am getting assigned, I shoot it to the next month. Basically I am selling time. Most of the time, I sell both PUT and CALL to get more out of money.
