I can see that GOOG is ready to surprise and give a hard time to shorts by the March option expiry day.

I only trade stocks and options. I just see wrong data (sometimes) when the market is closed and as I said , I don't care and I know that it is only a mistake. First time it scared me .I guess if the market is open the data should be correct as it has always been.

All things said, I don't recommend trading GOOG. It is too risky and outcome is not known and everything depends on your gut!! I believe we can find more risk manageable trades.

As far as I know, when you hide your order, you are not in the queue for your price. You will get your shares when everyone has got their shares at your price. You will be the last. It is good if you want to cover a large short position and are afraid your order will jack the price up. Or a stop...

To everyone: I just have a gut feeling that we might see a big drop in GOOG in the next week. I just guess buying PUT 340 might not be a bad idea and selling it in the drop. Don't keep it till expiry. Maybe my gut is not functioning properly:confused:

I am using IB Webtrader for my trades and it is a couple of days that I am experiencing problem with that. It has become very slow. Has anyone else got the same problem? Any IB rep can explain it?

INTC going long itm INTC calls at open Tuesday. Hoping it opens flat, or lower. I can not imagine a trade better than that. I am going to do the same. I will either go long on the stock or buy Call 20 and sell Call 22.5 to reduce the cost. What is your plan. I already have sold 9 PUT 22.5...

What a great comeback. Shorted the shares at 372.8, then shorted PUT 360 and then sold Call for 400 and then covered the shorts at 366 and then covered Call 400 at 0.1 and waiting for PUT to die. What a vision and patience. Thank God no losing trade in 2006 so far.
