INTC is upgraded today to Neutral by First Albany.

Now it is 8:33 and I see bid is 30.25 and no ask !!!!

After my first purchase at 19.95, I got another 1000 shares at 19.80. I see it 20.70 in a week. I trust my sense. Look at what I predicted on GOOG multiple times.

Another point: Many big mutual fund companies were expecting this and they already had GOOG shares in their loan account so they don't need to purchase anymore shares. They will just transfer it to S&P index funds.
