I am following AMZN very closely. After that crazy run-up, it seems that it has lost its steam (at least among big players). I can see that volume is slowly drying and even in up days , it tends to go down. I feel that we are very close to a 10% fall in a week.

You usually want to try a homerun when you just lost money in a homerun attemp. You are not satisfied with slow and steady one. You just want to get your lost capital back and then maybe do slow and steady and most of the time that never happens.

My another observation: AMZN will drop big big time soon (in a week). Be alert on that. Today's price reaction might say something different. If you get it the right time, you will be awarded handsomely.

You menioned an important point. That is why many people who go long fail to get out when there is a market correction. All of us say that if another 1999 happens, we know what to do. That will happen and we will get burned again.

Let me be the first person that claims the market's short term indicators turned bearish as of 3PM today and we will see a sustained downtrend in the next couple of days. Many stocks that we follow failed to breakout or keep the gain today.
