IYR vs. SRS in the last month. IYR has outperformed and that is why I see some life in that sector. I know that in the last 6 months SRS has outperformed but not in the last month.

Thanks for your input. Would you buy SRS or short IYR if you believe real estate is in down trend? How is the dividend in SRS? Do you pay dividend if you are long SRS? and you get dividend if you short SRS?

More resistance in down days and trying move up. Still volatile though. I believe it might be a good investment for 6 month time frame. Any thought? Agree? Disagree?

It is only true when there is no more time value in the option. Have a look at the formula of how the option price is calculated and look at its ingredients.

You can not do that in IB but you can do it in Fidelity and many other brokers but I don't trust Fidelity or other brokers and their commission is high.

Maybe they might do it with the intention of MSFT outbid again and cost MSFT more.

My gut was predicting $30 fluctuations and I like buying GOOG at this price AH. I see it at 600 in a month.

I was expecting $30 fluctuations for GOOG. I think the story of AMZN is happening for GOOG. Down AH and up to flat the next day.

I thought GOOG does not give any guidance. I don't expect too much fluctuations for GOOG.

Google now is not the same Google two or a year ago. Google has matured and has become more stable. It is now a part of S&P 500. Many mutual funds now have a position on that. I believe Google will not flctauate as it used to do. $30 up or down is a very reasonable range.

I think you will like my response. Yes you can reduce your commission and actually make money by going from bundelled to unbundelled or vice versa. Check their website. My other suggestion is that if you can not make money even if IB doubles its commission, don't trade. I mean try to find low...
