Never sold Naked Puts until Friday accidentally. IBKR Question.

Naked Call and Puts are my source of income. The problem with naked out of the money needs less margin and enables you to trade in higher volume compared to buying the stock. So when things go wrong, the problem escalates. In conclusion, if you don't like it, it means that you don't know how to...

    Options trading close to expiry

IB gives you post expiry margin warning. What is wrong with that? It won't liquidate because of post expiry margin deficit till the last day. When IB liquidates your position, it is actually saving your ass when you are numb and cannot decide what is good for you. I am not saying bad things...

Does COST show signs of sell?

I have no idea but it looks like a brokerage account transfer/cleanup trade. Not a real buy or sell.

Does COST show signs of sell?

COST is a great company and a great stock but sometimes it gets carried away and I try to identify those periods and take advantage of it. Thanks for all the feedbacks. Somehow I want to put more weight in Warren's decision to get out after 20 years as I believe he has made that decision after...

I believe INTC is a buy at current levels

I called M as buy a couple of weeks ago when it was 6 and everyone hated M and I had a short term target of 9 to 12. Check it out now. I see INTC as a meaningful trade ( I am not an investor). The chance that you make money is more than you lose. Remember when AMD was $2 and everyone hated it? I...

Does COST show signs of sell?

I see COST show signs of sell. Here are my reasons: 1- Warren Buffet sold all his COST shares. I dont know his reasons but based on research that he can do, I am sure he had good reasons. 2- COST announced $10 special dividend on ex dividend date of Dec 2. This shows signs of protection against...

I believe INTC is a buy at current levels

AMD vs INTC. It depends what time frame you look at. This is the max comparison. Still intel wins and we don't know the future:

I believe INTC is a buy at current levels

SPY the day I started this thread and now: 329.98 to 355.75 which is 7.7% INTC from 44.45 to 46.75 including 0.33 dividend is 5.4% Conclusion: even at this short time , we are not comparing "penny" to "skyrocket"

Too bad only every 4 years

I sold 70% of my long positions today. Did the market peak today? At least for short term. I was expecting a rally but this was a little overheated. I am selling out of the money short term ES Call and Puts to make an income.

Too bad only every 4 years

As of now which is 11:52 ET on Thursday 11/5/2020, where DOW future is 28290, I believe a short term bubble has formed and market seems a short. I see many stocks are ahead of themselves for no real reason. I am not talking about a crash but like 4% down.
