Totally disagree. Bush was a poor speaker but he was relatively young and clearly not in a mental decline. Trump has verbal gaffes but his gaffe to coherent speech ratio is favorable. Biden on the other hand is pushing 80 years old, right at the age where a mental decline is not unusual and...

Trump has verbal gaffes on occasion but he can run a commanding 90 minute press conference. Biden can barely last five minutes with out imploding. For those who think this is not a problem for Biden are delusional.
