NOT. You think casinos can just sign up people in Manila and bring them over? There is a very longterm waiting list trying to get into the US. Go study USCIS.gov It is called "immigration". If you see Asians in the casinos, they are probably either citizens or perm residents of the US.

it is likely that "remote surgery" would still be restricted to US based medstaff. It is not like you can log onto to someone in Bangalore and have them do the surgery in your bedroom... Any more than you could fly in a doctor from the philippines to do surgery in Chicago...

you take the professional route, go to google, and you type in "CPA"... Or you take the amateur route, and take a spin with questionable advice and anonymous responses from mostly know nothings on a complex topic, and try to save a $hundred or two...
