I came across a blog this weekend called silver axis ... also institutional investor magazine has an article on the silver etf now if only someone could tell me if the next 50 cents move is up or down from these levels ! :p

you could probably add silver futures to that list for the time being .... but the liquidity and spreads are not so tight as some of the other markets listed

hmmm the allocation country wise and returns are similar to fidos FDIVX fund .... I wonder if they are run by the same manager or managers

arbitrage ... or taking advantage of black boxes that do it .... :p

sheesh ... about a 40 cent range overnight in silver and the spreads were all over the place as well as bids being dropped etc talk about a crap shoot ! :p

ivan ... do you have the ability to withstand swings of multiple $$$ in this market? if so then your guess is as good as mine as to what will happen ... just expect the volatility to continue ... by the way ... what is your "Oanda" spread for gold and silver during the USA daytime...

hope you did not need this order filled to close out a position a reminder to people .... I used to work on the comex ( now part of nymex ) with a futures broker in gold ... one day in 1987 (?) gold dropped $40 ... and silver ? IT DROPPED $ 3-4 or more ... people without stops were...

the market was sloppy at times overnight the bid -ask was sometimes as much as 3-4 cents wide ... could be a short term top ... but really the risk reward ... is getting a bit too much for my P+L at these levels and whipping around maybe its time for me to sell some of my 40 %...

be prepared to lose money ... if you are a newbie rushing into crude futures ( yikes ) I think there are other futures that have been moving that are less volatile or have less risk good luck to you

with all respect kind sir you claim at times to use delayed quotes how do you know where prices are ( in real time ) when you do this ? or has your winnings from trading , and lectures and books enabled you to get a live quote data feed now ? by the way ... there are contests in...

you wrote books on trading ? name some of them for us ... maybe they can be bought on the amazon site? or can you get a USA distributer of the books ? you know some folks make more money selling their trading books , seminars , chat rooms "winning methods" than from trading is...
