I trade VIX etns daily, currently UVXY has best leverage. I miss trading TVIX though.

My #1 edge is tight stops. Re-entries, scaling, patterns and exploiting ranges/extreme charts is also useful in trading winners. Like my winning FB bounce and KOLD breakout daytrades yesterday. But in the end, it all comes down to risk/reward and tight stops.
