Here is some help: I think you are trading too many things. Find 5 stocks or ETFs that provide decent daily/weekly ranges, and have reasonable spreads and high liquidity. Study their charts in several time frames: 52-week, 6-month, 3-month, 3-day and intraday (down to the 5-min level)...

Yes, had the symbol but couldn't pull data through QuoteTracker. Turns out QT was on a separate PC from IB; once I opened IB on that PC, QT displayed ESU9 charts just fine. And I like the QT charts, they have all the info I need on them. Thanks everyone for the info!

It's from Etrade's web site, but I think you probably have to have a real account with them to set up what they call a "Portfolio/Watchlist". It's definitely a cool way to test out strategies. I have a test portfolio saved from spring 2008 called "Strong Fundamentals" based on IBD's ratings...
