    i haven't eaten 1 piece of meat in about 8 years! i use 3 types of protein powders: whey, soy, and vegetable. the stuff i use is by naturade. it has no artificial sweeteners or any type of mysterious substances. it tastes like BLAHHH, but i don't drink it for taste, anyway.

    i try to drink a lot of water each day. a good calculation i found is: bodyweight in pounds x .66 = ounces of water per day p. s. i'm naturally not a very hairy person. i don't have 1 strand growing out of my chest. lol
