    Ewj: elliott wave

While sentiment may have swung too far Bullish in the last week or so, I see that many of my commodity stocks have had 4 down days in a row and are incredibly OVERSOLD and due for a bounce. There is no way that I want to play the short-side here. Huge reversals already this morning off the...

So should we give Obama a nobel prize for predicting a 10% unemployment?!

You keep posting a lot of hyperbole, making all sorts of "the sky is falling" type claims day after day . . . yet you do nothing to back up your claims with any specific facts because you have no command of the issues at hand. Let's face it. You are so wrapped-up in your own political bias...

So should we give Obama a nobel prize for predicting a 10% unemployment?!

Please post a link referencing your claim above, otherwise it is you that looks like a "bonehead" playing on the Internet with all of the other kiddies. As I recall, Obama never said anything of the sort. His economists said that "unemployment could top 10 percent before the recession ends."...

    Obama to nationalize GE?

I REPEAT . . . you have no business being in the financial markets. You have no idea what you are doing . . . and it obviously never occurred to you that GE could sell-off GE Capital and make a pretty penny on it.

    Obama to nationalize GE?

Nationalize GE??? You obviously have no CLUE and should not be risking any capital in the financial markets. Either that, or you enjoy making posts on ET that confirm your screen-name.

Only 5 Republicans Support War Funding Bill

Your problem is that you are either unable to read, too lazy to read, or suffer from extremely poor reading comprehension . . . Or do you always comment on an issue without having a BASIC understanding of the FACTS? $80 billion of the $106 billion from the war funding bill goes to U.S...

So should we give Obama a nobel prize for predicting a 10% unemployment?!

You need to take a good hard look in the mirror my friend. No where did the President ever say that the stimulus package would keep unemployment from going above 8% as you claim. Before the stimulus bill was signed into law on Feb. 17th, the January unemployment rate was already at 8.1%...

So should we give Obama a nobel prize for predicting a 10% unemployment?!

At this point in the game, it's not all that surprising that we have some of the DUMBEST posters in the internet universe posting on ET. None of the MORONS listed above can find Obama making reference to the stimulus package keeping unemployment from rising above 8% or 9%, let alone a...

So should we give Obama a nobel prize for predicting a 10% unemployment?!

Says who??? 3/4's of the stimulus package that the Congress passed in February won't even hit the Economy till 2010. Everyone knows this . . . except idiots like you.

    Ewj: elliott wave

Off the June 11th highs, it looks as though we have 5 waves down ( with a complex 5th ) into this mornings low on the SPX at the 40-day MA. Got a "bounce" intra-day before falling back into the close. The market is incredibly "quite" given that most expiration week moves occur on the...

What are good Commodity stocks to buy?

DO NOT . . . I REPEAT, DO NOT invest in commodity based ETF's like the UNG or USO as they "roll" from one futures contract to another. During the CONTANGO aspect of the futures market ( in which future months are higher than the front month ) the very nature of the "roll" costs you a lot...

    Ewj: elliott wave

The OIH just bounced 1.50 off the lows with July Crude Oil surging back above $71.00 after trading as low as 68.97 This is helping the entire energy and coal complex. Might be time to nibble a bit here.

Only 5 Republicans Support War Funding Bill

Some Republicans??? Man, your math is horrible. Either that, or you need to take the blinders off. Last time I checked, there were 178 Republican seats in the House. Only 5 Republicans supported this Bill to support the Troops. No matter how you try to slice this or "spin" this, it's...

Only 5 Republicans Support War Funding Bill

"The vote was 226-202, with only five Republicans voting for the bill and 32 Democrats opposing it. The Pentagon has said that without the bill the Army could start running out of war funds as early as July. President Barack Obama has pushed for the package, arguing that it is crucial to his...

If I hear "BUSH" one more time!!!!

As per the Security Agreement forged by Bush and the Iraqi Parliament. After the combat brigades have been removed, the U.S. mission will change to supporting the Iraqi government and its Security Forces. They will be calling the shots. No big surprise there.
