Markets up again ..no one cares about the housing

Apparently you can also use a course in English Grammar & Writing to go along with a basic course in Economics. Have you even made it past the 6th grade yet?

Markets up again ..no one cares about the housing

Your command of BASIC Economics is absurd. Leave it to you to think that a global commodity such as crude oil can be "controlled" by the Fed, and that there is a direct and quantifiable link between the FED arranging for temporary REPURCHASE agreements for the banking sector ( the greatest...

Markets up again ..no one cares about the housing

My point was to the principals of money management. I have never seen a successful trader use TIME as a stop-loss on anything other than intra-day trading. Traders trade PRICE. Not time.

    EUR/USD to 1.55!!!

HUGE WEEKLY OUTSIDE REVERSAL BAR in the making, with the FXE now trading below BOTH the 10 and 21 Day MA's. A 38.2% correction would take you below the 40 day MA and down to 154.xx

Was The Top of 12:40PM or So Today's Top?

Are you serious? Try looking at a DAILY chart of the SPX and take a serious look at where current price action is compared to where this index was last week, late February, as well as Feb. 1st. Then take a look at where the Euro was during those instances, and where it is now. Doesn't...

Warning: The Next Wave Down Starts Now

Yeah, since this thread was started the SPX has gone from 1360 to 1393 and the Euro appears to be working on a WEEKLY reversal bar to the downside, which will obviously be supportive of U.S. equities. Hmmmmm...... 1150??? Don't think so.

When Will Crude Hit $40/barrel again?

Not quite. Back in 1998 the Dollar Index spent the first 8 months of the year range-bound between 98 - 102, before it "broke" down in the Fall to 91 before rebounding in Nov back to 97.

When Will Crude Hit $40/barrel again?

But even just a mere 10 years ago it had a lot to do with Japan and Asia-Pacific. The Asian currency crisis that developed in 1998 really put a damper on oil demand from that region. That, combined with OPEC's interest in "flushing" out marginal producers in order to obtain marketshare were...

Markets up again ..no one cares about the housing

Please explain how can it be FUN to be "pissing" into the wind with a position that has no stop loss aside from a time limit? Your money management skills border on the absurd.

Markets up again ..no one cares about the housing

You watch way too much TV. Ever thought of getting a job on CNBC instead of spending your entire day "regurgitating" the new from CNBC with posts on ET? CNBC might just pay more than ET. :D

When Will Crude Hit $40/barrel again?

And you can also make the case that alternative forms of energy and the use of new technology ( that comes online at much higher prices ) did not really exist in a "commercial" capacity, either. Demand is only one part of the equation, albeit an important one. But the last time I checked...

Bernanke and Paulson are actually a lot smarter than everyone here on ET think they are. The "trap" is set. Next week could very well be spectacular.
