I call bullshit. I've seen years worth of crooked appraisals, part of the reason SE-Michigan is in the mess it's in. There's no single-source for getting an accurate picture, but I would trust the MLS data more then zillow any day.

No, it's quite easy actually - their "zestimate", which everything is based off of on their site except the county assessment data, is worthless. Their aggregated data is based on thier piss-poor individual data points, so how can it be any better?!?! We've had houses in our neighborhood...
