    ES and Volatility underneath (going back to July 2020) clearly showing it dropping as price/notional value is going up???? Low vol follows high vol follows low vol rinse repeat, all the while notional, over time, goes higher. Also vol, most of time spikes, on drops.

    Much of Musk's wealth is tied to Tesla's valuation, which since Nov'21 has dropped significantly. He may still be richest, depending on current valuations, but not nearly as much as he previously was. And the trend is no longer in his favor to remain numero uno.

    It's time to celebrate! - inflation's back under 2%.

    Gallon of milk for me is back again around $4. Similarly with eggs, bread, butter etc. I don't buy flour, of any size - especially 20lbs!!! - so can't comment on that one. But in either of our purchasing cases it is all just anecdotal. As for rents also can't comment but unless it gets raised...
