If he was a dictator then he could not be an ex president, so which is it. That's as illogical as those who were calling Bush a dictator. They all ride off into the sunset, you and a few others will be the only one's noticing what Obama says or does after he leaves office.

Rand is a grandstanding tool. We'll be listening to Rand ranting for the next 25 years on whatever issue that will keep him in the news. One would think a congressman would legislate to solve problems, not filibuster.
