The odds someone will ever need to use a weapon for self defense are very low. For the most part older people make better decisions than younger people. From reading this forum it sounds like many here have a carry permit. I doubt that any of the older guys here would of followed Martin...

Years ago the rumor was if you filed an extension the odds of being audited were significantly less. I don't know if there is any truth in that or not.

In a case like this there is no almost 0% chance. I'll bet Zimmermans lawyers aren't telling him that. Evidence for a civil case is strong against Zimmerman IMO, but we will see that is 100% for sure.

That's not a very good argument for getting rid of the minimum wage laws, that the free market wage is higher than the minimum wage. The law protects the very lowest class of workers.

No one is working for 2.95 an hour, legal or illegal. Illegal maids are making $ 7 an hour and illegal construction workers are making $10 an hour and higher. Don't know what crop workers are making but I'd bet it's much higher than $2.95 an hour. The market wage is higher than minimum...

My guess would of been manslaughter charges for the grand jury. It seems it'd be hard to prove a capital murder case, unless there's an eye witness we haven't heard from.

The chance that a grand jury would dismiss this case is slim.
