Sloping trendlines are fools gold.. Anything that is dependent on the scaling of the chart,i.e Log vs linear is questionable at best.. And I am talking purely support resistance

FWIW,I trade thru TOS,but for your purposes Optionnet is probably a better choice as far as simulators.They are complimentary products as ONE plugs into TOS for data and positions... For the record,I have only demoed ONE....Its a great product for traders starting out..

The best things in life may be free but the same does not apply to option simulators... If you are just starting out,Optionnet explorer is worth a look.. It's more of a walk foward simulation as opposed to a backtester.... You remember the old Bell Motorcycle ad?? You got a 2 dollar head, go...

Look at the large vol pop in AAPL and MSFT..What was the reason?? Was it Soft Bank? Robin Hood? Structured Products?? Does anyone really know or should they care??? If I can buy ridiculously cheap Flys/condors,due to a pop in vol count me in..

If I am reading you right,you would NOT Sell naked calls.. Ratio the upside.. Be net short puts,underlying notional greater than capital... If vol explodes would you sell a straddle or prefer to trade Flys/Condor type structures,and how big would you get relative to your capital?? Im guessing...
