bigger picture from a swing trading perspective. We have lots of resistances up here. 1422.75 - last week RTH high 1424 - last week Globex high couple of major RTH swing highs at 1429.25 and 1430.75 on 6th and 1st Nov respectively We did see a huge amount of buying at 1383 last week...

i don't mind it....lol. its been such a dead market - seems like we are already in the last week of the year.

price is at a point where we can get a possible triple top intraday, if we sell off now, we go down a minimum of 4 points, maybe more

stopped but short again at 16.75

short 1417 and 1418. 1 point stop on 1 car, other car I am willing to take some heat.

Thanks Ammo for your suggestions - especially point 2. I need to do some more thinking on this - will go back look at my trades and see how I can decide on a daily loss limit - either as x amount of daily profit or in some other way. I will update once I have found a method that suits me.

Another positive week. 5 out of 5 winning days. Just before the start of previous week, I had 9 consecutive losing days. My account had taken a huge beating and my confidence was shattered. I felt like being in a mess. Now, over the last 2 weeks, I have had 10 consecutive winning days. A record...

short 1412.25....it surely looks like no runup is possible today. if this trade doesn't work out, I will end up giving a lot of my profits for the day.

we didn't rally even after such good numbers. and then there is seasonal thing Lawrence mentioned. I won't say we can't rally but it does look like we will go and explore around 1400 before continuing higher.

covered at 1413....this day does look like there is not going to be any uptrend anymore and its friday also. i will be looking to short again at 1413.25 or better.

3 Mantras to improve one's ES trading: 1) Increase your stop points and targets as well. 2) Just 1 or 2 trades a day. 3) Average holding period should be more than an hour more likely more than 2 hrs for any trade.

out of everything at 1411.75. Flat now. will short again around 1414.75 if we reach there.
