watching 1260 on sp500 ($spx.x) or the cash, key support there. If you look at a long term chart you will see that the market's first attempt at a double bottom did not hold. If we trade under 1260 on the cash then I imagine we will test lower. Good trading.

John Murphy has a book called Intermarket Analysis, kinda dated but gets into what you are talking about; he relates how bonds effect commodities to stocks, etc. You may want to check it out. Remember the USO trading at 45? The idea is commodities ultimately drive up bonds, etc.

I am suspicious of some fund liquidating, remember after dumping 30 points on es yesterday there was another pile drive down 10 points after hours, which is pretty damm rare, that tape yersterday reminded me of March 17, endless downticks. Just an opinion. :)

If you are going to trade today adjust your size, maybe trade smaller size and widen out those stops. First target long spy 125.40 then 125.80 good trading. :cool:
