Possibly you could explain it. How can you over sell something? Every transaction has a buyer and a seller and both believe they made the right decision.

I'm not so sure about that. Firstly are we talking about years of experience or just the same experience repeated for years? And do greater numbers really count? Are you talking about herd or mob mentality? I keep hearing that the crowd is usually wrong.
