I don't really know. I'm not sick now, don't take any drugs or supplements, and when I have been sick the Canadian health care system kicks in.
My only cost is health care insurance when I spend the winter in Arizona.
3 trades were triggered this morning before I could cancel all the active orders.
CTL; EVTC; & NGL
EVTC was stopped out within the hour. (I'm becoming a day trader :) )
PAA was also stopped out.
Both positions resulted in a loss of 1/2 % of capital so I'm now down 2% in 2 days.

Yes I'm aware of that. The exercise is to see if doing the exact opposite of a common trading method would be a viable strategy.
I doubt most would follow it in real time as the losses will be much larger than the wins
Just take the hit. One of the drawbacks of a set it and forget it system.
I usually have the stop in my plan not in the market but for this exercise I'll use hard stops.
