As I said up thread; You shouldn’t expect a mentor to show you a method. You should expect a mentor to guide you through the process of finding and developing a system that suites you. Too many people are looking to copy a method that may not be appropriate for them.

It is much better if the trader develops his own plan after studying the market. You are more likely to trust something you put together and tested yourself.

First thing you learn when you pay for a trading course or hire a mentor is that you need a trading plan. Actually the tough part is having the discipline to follow your plan. If you believe you can buy trading success, I wish you luck. If you could buy success we'd all be millionaires.

I agree; the first thing to establish is if the OP has a plan. Then if the problem is the plan and not the trader you adjust the plan.

Do you have a written trading plan? Are you following it?

What drills do you use in your swing speed sessions? What are you using to measure speed and swing?

How is your well diversified portfolio portfolio doing during this latest melt down? Has diversification helped? Portfolio management and market timing have.

On the bright side you will have capital to deploy when it turns around. You can't control the market, you only control what you do.

That is probably more a function of portfolio management rather than diversification. I do use spy as a benchmark and have been lucky enough to outperform since I changed strategies after the tech wreck.
