turns out that 3K a day at BAC is also limit for whole week. but that's not all-i called to couple other banks and they saying same thing-amount of money you can transfer via ACH very limited. some of the bank have a limit as low as 500$ per day. i'm talking about ACH initiated from bank...

i check every other bank in our area..they all pretty much same...limits left and right..zero interest on savings,close to zero interest on any other product and wait a minute...and most of them will charge you, if you put your money in their bank. 3-5 days processing time? we are in 2009...
