GO BIG OR GO HOME !!! says surfer's wife

Probably not. I don't need something that grand. I would spend around 2-2.5 million at most on a house. Rest would go into investments and business. Oh yea...1.5 million for cars; gotta have the Enzo and the Carrera GT :D -FastTrader

    Best Programming Language to Learn

I would recommend BASIC programming to learn the concepts of how the logical operators work. From there on, I would turn to C++ to understand object oriented programming. After C++, you'll automatically know 90% of JAVA programming, and can learn that as well. -FastTrader

    Thinking to start trading EMinis

If you're an "Active trader", your commission will be more than that for 1 day. I don't trade full-time and still my commission is more than $30 per day so the data-fee is always waived on my acct. -FastTrader

When to cut intraday losers (specifically/mathematically)

Another edge is to not have any single bias, and trade the same stock Long and Short during the day. Ride the wave  -FastTrader

When to cut intraday losers (specifically/mathematically)

How about using a percent rule. For example, cut the loser when it goes 1% of it's price, against you. So, lets say you went long on a $50 stock. 1%=50 cents, so you would cut it when it went 50 cents against you. This is just an example. The actual percentage really depends on your account...

I believe balda is referring to win rate. T-Rex has already made 3 trades (all loses), so he would need the next 40 trades to be winners to achieve the 93% win rate. 40/43 = 93% win rate -FastTrader

You may be newer but I'm sure you've executed more YM trades than myself. I trade part-time so I don't get as much exposure to the market as the full-time traders. I stick to my 1K sh lots on stocks regardless of price. I stay away from the cheaper stocks since they don't have enough range. A...
