    write some add on or little stand alone application in whatever , that periodically check, if file been modified\updated. if it did-open file,grab info and place an order. i don't see a big deal here. can be done in excel's VBA for example In Excel, the FILEDATETIME function returns the date...

    it's everywhere. specially on low volume,low priced stocks. i doubt that they can be part of someone's basket. specially when you see those executions all day long.
