This is the rally I was looking for and shaken out of. That's 3 times today I was stopped out 1-2 ticks before a substantial move in my direction. This is a game of precision and I blew it big time today trying to be too creative.

If I had taken profit at +2 points for every trade I was in today, I'd have +4 to +6 points on the day.. instead, down about -4 points, I keep getting chopped up. This non-directional bullshit is difficult.

It's been choppy ever since the open-- only reason it's 40 to 1 is because we gapped up 28 points from the last close. The ratio line itself is up and down all day.

after last night's action, I really expected more than a 9 point range through 3 hours today... right now, neither side is really better than the other, though the bulls have the trend from last night in their favor. I guess I'd still be holding my short from earlier had I not been stopped out...

out -5 ticks, boy that was a long time in the trade for nothing... could have bought 92 and sold 94 in that range and gotten my 10 points that way :)

Thanks toroise -- I saw the afternoon high of 96.75 on 11/21, and high of 95.25 on the next day which was in the neighborhood of 96.25, but I didn't see anything to that tick, so I thought perhaps you had something else up your sleeve. I think you use profiles, and thought maybe you were seeing...

Why? can you post a chart? Don't see anything on my profile of much significance there.
