To me the character has not been that way... it's struggling mightily above the last high of 95.75 ... bias has switched to up, but if it were going to explode, I don't know why they would be dicking around so much here.

Just hit upper unfair area mentioned here, market about to close, would expect no further than 92 at this time. I would expect oscillation between 78 and 92 between market open later today and RTH open tomorrow morning.

Makes sense and I thought about Mark Fisher when I remember hearing him say the same thing on a video I watched of him. In the end it always seems to come down to reading the market and knowing if we are on the right side of it at the time.
