He is saying to treat each trade as an independent event, and not worry about earlier trades, whether they are wins or losses. Trade what you see in front of you, not based on how you did before. Thanks ammo and of course I know this intellectually, just hard to do in real time sometimes...

I do not see it feasible to risk 1 to 2 points on every trade, and only take 1 to 2 points, at least 3 to 4, but I try to see what the market is willing to give. This would mean I have to be right probably 60% of the time just to break even. I'm not that good, so I need some triples every now...

Just keeping losses small or breakeven, that's all. No sense in holding to find the next support, will let it show itself and then get in, or re-evaluate the sentiment altogether.
