Feels as though something is getting ready to happen in the next 15 mins; that would be good, as it would have time to develop, rather than starting something up at 3:30 or so.

One poke higher and a failure means at least 05 retest, maybe 98 today.. heavy buying move above 13 means HOD again at least, IMO.
