looking to long 1200 - 1203 Quite strong this, as it is holding at 06, not even a retest yet of the breakout point... I would think that buyers who missed out would want to get in if it gets to the 1200s area.

Remember that we went down almost 300 points, about 20%, over the course of a few days in late July / early August? The market already corrected down quite a bit, and we're now finally getting to the top of the range (1225 or so) where the real sellers may actually start to sell again. When...

On 5 separate occasions we tried to break up above yesterday's high and each time sellers turned it down. First day since this run up that looks to me like sellers may have a good chance to test lower. For good measure right now the bears make sure it settles below yesterday's settle and high.

Just to clarify for anyone not familiar with it -- ninjatrader provides historical backfill data if you have a broker data feed for live data, for example. So, they don't provide any real time data, so of course they don't provide any market internals. Many people who use NT use Kinetick...

After this poke down, I see mixed signals. That selling volume leaves me seeing bullish, but hard to tell right now. Will just watch and see before making any decisions.

If they can get it below 81-82ish, very well could see a move to mid 60s IMO.

Thanks ammo, I will try something like this, uvol and dvol up top, and the ratio at the bottom: http://screencast.com/t/W69e4tmqW8Xz

Actually ammo, the way you describe setting it up in TOS, does it show it as a ratio, as in UVOL/DVOL? Because VOLD is just the difference, not the ratio. Maybe that's what you meant?

Thanks ammo, I have the difference up already (JVNT.Z on IQFeed, VOLD on esignal I think and maybe others) as a single line -- but is there a particular way you talked about using it? http://screencast.com/t/XO1Vdwph

Picaso, have you looked at the difference in UVOL-DVOL (probably $VOLD on your platform) , instead of the two separate lines? I typically do not watch any of them but I like your charts and find them to be very nice.
