In spite of Biden's apparent cognitive decline, the 25th won't be invoked because Harris would become president and the Dems would lose their tie-breaking vote in the senate. If Congress loses the senate in November, look for the 25th to be invoked then if at all, IMV.

The money is of secondary importance. What you REALLY need... is to "learn to trade well". Once you get a handle on that, you can trade bigger and bigger. Sky's the limit... but ONLY if you trade well.

To do that constructively, you need to be making trades at/near chart support/resistance. IOW... you need to be using "Price TA" to determine the best trades to take. Keep it up! You're on the right track.
