UGAZ drops too fast? No worry today 1 for 10 reverse split!

That's not the relevant issue... C is up 650% off of its 2009 low. No reverse splits since. Look at PCLN... got down to between $1-$2/share. Now, $1800

Stock symbol for Citigroup, formerly Citi Bank.

UGAZ drops too fast? No worry today 1 for 10 reverse split!

Only partially true. Not really talking about "getting back to highest pre-split price". May eventually do so, but in the meantime... C got down to $.99/share and had a 1:10 reverse split. (I know, I was watching it because they were the custodian for my IRA... considered, but unfortunately...

UGAZ drops too fast? No worry today 1 for 10 reverse split!

Reverse splits are how issues show on the charts of having once been "$150,000/share", but now $.49.

The Obama administration allowed a terrorist organization to sell drugs to the American people.

Big wup! Odumbo did everything he could think of to harm America. This is but one of many, many. Every time that asshat made a decision, he always chose the one which would harm America most! America has experienced no greater evil. :(...

UGAZ drops too fast? No worry today 1 for 10 reverse split!

Suggest caution trading "reverse split" issues. Most keep grinding down. Citibank a notable exception.

"Tax Package Passing" Buying Spurt.... how many times is market going to bounce on this?

There once was an old saying, "the market doesn't chew its cabbage twice". This market must be a ruminant.... constantly throwing it up and chewing it again and again.

How many years are necessary to consider yourself a successful trader?

"What" do I have left to learn? I keep looking, but I don't find anything. It's not like chess. It's more like the laws of physics. (I was being conservative about "not learning anything new for the last 10 years"... it's actually 20 years.) There are still challenges to trading, but...

How many years are necessary to consider yourself a successful trader?

Disagree. Once you figure it out, "K.I.S.S." style, there's virtually nothing left to learn. Candidly, I doubt I've learned anything "new" about playing the markets in the last 10 years or more. I suspect that's because everything important about trading could be printed on a 3"x5" index...

Swedes Hand Out Wrist Slaps To Muslims Who Raped 14 Year old Girl In School

Better the rapists get hauled out into the street with TV cameras rolling... and then get a bullet in the brain (or beheaded with a sword drenched in pig's blood).... as an example for all to see. The same justice should be handed out to the politicos who support muslim invasion.

Low Volatility = Tougher for Traders?

No need for that. If you can get your assets and returns up to the point you feel like a success, that's a plenty good thing.

Low Volatility = Tougher for Traders?

Keep "working it", grasshopper. One day you may yet become a cruise ship. :)

Low Volatility = Tougher for Traders?

True, but few of us (if any) ETers are "cruise ship" size traders.

Low Volatility = Tougher for Traders?

Ditto. Several/many hedge funds have closed up because of this. However... if you can tune your thinking to "the market's thingy", you can still make money. (You may not be able to make LOTS of money or as fast as you'd like... as you can only work with what the market offers. Getting a...
