I have no idea where you can get access to historical MOC published imbalances for NYSE. To the best of my knowledge, I don't think it is available.

Here's an idea....why don't you consider adding to your winning position! You had two days to add to that position. Sometimes, you need to shift gears with your trading, buying for a dividend is fine, but, if you recognize hot money coming into the stock, you have got to shift gears and forget...

Have to disagree.....I may put in extra hours of R&D every single day, but trading is still a great and profitable business. Any time I feel slightly burned out, worn down, or beat up, I just go to my back yard and dig a ditch for a retaining wall and It reminds me what real work is.

Depending on the terms, you will either recieve cash for your shares, cash and stock, or just stock in the acquiring company.

One important point....less risk!
