We're all in the same boat in the West. Too early. :) I didn't get the ports and firewalls issue straightened out yet. We'll hook up later. I'm using NT 6.5 for now. Thanks for your help.

Thanks tlow. :) I was trying to remember how that went. I used it before. I've been having so many problems with the data feed to NT 7 I've been using NT 6.5. When I switched instruments within a chart from the drop down menu, all of the data disappeared and then wouldn't even come back when I...

Good. :) I was thinking about this when I was gone earlier. It seemed to be taking on that tone of putting you under the magnifying glass. I wasn't calling you out so to speak. Not at all. I was just wanting to learn more about your counter-trend strategies and methods of protecting yourself...

Thanks. :) That's what it was. I was using NT 6.5 earlier as I've had too many ongoing data feed issues with NT 7. I was using the 24/7 template.

I have Zen-Fire too but that's not what sets the PP's. Here's my 60 min chart for the last few days. I guess other people have different PP's for today. Anyone care to share their PP's and how they may be different or match these? 84.35 isn't S1. That is just what the current trade was. S1 on my...

You use NT too? Wonder why we have different PP's. Hmmm. Maybe it's what Picaso said.

I was wondering about what might happen going forward toward expiration. BTW my S1 is 84.32 which it just hit and broke down through. Not seeing any big rush to cover shorts here. But may get some bounce at this level. Although the other ones failed. Somewhere it will bounce even if it's a...

Actually all I selected was to add this indicator to my charts. Like I said maybe they use a different formula. I'll maybe ask them about this tonight on their forum.

I was wondering about that yesterday I think it was. I'm using NinjaTrader, and it has 85.42. PP's can be calculated and set up differently. Maybe they use a different formula. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pivot_point

CL hit the PP at 85.42 twice and hit its head and fell. May take another run at it. Or not.
