Another idiot. The DoD budget that Obama requested and got approved for FY-2010 is a +4% increase over Bush's previous DoD budget. This is the highest defense budget in real terms since WW-2, even exceeding the peak years of the Reagan era defense build up. But leave it to idiots like...

Yes, that would be an "ideal" C=A. Only problem is that the OIH loves to find support at the 40 day MA on the Daily charts. Run the 40, and you will see what I mean.
