    Stock Trad3r INDEX

You mean that there is actually something INTELLIGENT to be found from those 17 posts per day that you create . . . especially all of those posts of yours in the Trading Forum when you admit that you aren't even a TRADER? So much to learn from a mere 25 year old, eh? You must be a legend in...

    Stock Trad3r INDEX

For someone that was most likely being dropped off at the local nursery school during the "Crash of 1987" while some of us were actually floor traders trading their own accounts as "locals" for a living, you sure have a ton of credibility. And you talk about being in "day-care"? Get real . ...

    tommorow's freefall

Congratulations! Your lack of intelligence continues to make new "highs". Perhaps you can tell me what the 1987 "Crash" was like since you were a whole 5 years old at the time. :D But when you are only 25 years old, and you have SO MUCH market experience and history under your belt, I'm not...

    tommorow's freefall

Well, given what you said a few days ago I would say that you most likely aren't a trader OR investor . . . Just a college kid that works for Baron in his free-time, trying to keep "web-activity" up on ET. You might be able to read, write, and debate - - - but it is pretty clear to everyone...

    tommorow's freefall

Another amazingly insightful comment by the guy that admits that he doesn't trade, but is an INVESTOR who posts incessantly in the Trading Forum.

    Wave Five Target = 1559.09

Looks like the SPX is in a DIAGONAL TRIANGLE 5th WAVE ( each leg of a diagonal is 3-waves ). This structure is evident in the latest rally off the late June lows. The second wave down is just about complete with today's downside action. The .618% retracement of the recent rally off the late...

Every big down day with futures falling further is followed by...

.618 retracement of the recent rally has support coming thru at 1503 SPX. The market should be sufficiently oversold for a decent "bounce" off that level after another day or two of downside action that could then take the SPX back up to the 1534 area.

    tommorow's freefall

Agreed. Unfortunately here on ET there are a TON of threads and people that simply make "blah, blah, blah," predictions without any sort of methodology whatsoever. For example, one could very well make a technical case that the simple .618% retracement of the recent rally up from the late...

Waterfall selloff coming on the SPY $SPX=1430

The 61.8% retracement of the recent up move from the early July lows comes in at 1503. I believe that we will hold that area and make a LOW in the next day or two that will take prices back up to the 1534 SPX level.

Markets are just plain boring right now.

Yeah, the energy and oil drilling sector is a TOTAL BORE. Valero isn't even worth trading these days . . . :D

Markets are just plain boring right now.

You should have been on ET about 4 years ago when some guy named Maverick spent his entire day in those threads, defending George Dubya Bush! :D

S&P 500 very close to intermediate term top

Yep, yet another up day for the SPX. :) 1531.85 and heading for a challenge of the mid-June highs around 1538.71 Objective: 1559.09

    Excellent post.

Why am I so bearish on the SPY?

Really now? You seem to have no clue that 44% of the sales of companies in the S&P 500 come from OVERSEAS. So much for your assumption that the SPY "simply is not growth".

    Wave Five Target = 1559.09

Adding the length of Wave 1 ( 74.91 ) to the Wave 4 low at 1484.18 obtains a "measured-move" target of equality at 1559.09 This will be the end of a five wave sequence and the market will then enter a larger corrective phase.

WASHINGTON (AFP) - Nearly half of the US public wants President George W. Bush to face impeachment, and even more favor that fate for Vice President Dick Cheney, according to a poll out Friday. The survey by the American Research Group found that 45 percent support the US House of...
