yes i was thnking the same thing, the solace being everytime its going up, sellers are coming in and pushing it back down...so it seems like your direction is correct . just have patience my friend.

now it should go down and break LOD = 46.5 and then gap fill....two obvious targets on downside.

Range for the day is 13 points till now, so I bet we will increase this range. Question is towards upside or downside. I have my inclination that we will extend the range towards downside. Gapfill upto 43.5 will extend the day's range to 16 points. But then it is friday, it will be really sad...

amount of time price is spending near the low is telling me that it wants to go lower and complete the gap fill at 44. Shorting 2 ES at 49, first target 47, 2nd target 44.25

O'buddy, sorry to hear that. 1255 is 50% as LF says, maybe a good place to short again around either 20 EMA or 1254.75, with a 2 point stop. Just guessing.
