Gameplan on 1H and 4H is looking like a bounce up (if area of 33 holds), but daily/weekly pressure is looking down to me, so if we have a BO down on 1H/4H it's a clue for more selling... Also on 1H it now bounced of PP (bounced down, after BO) which gives more clues for likely BO down through...

cvds, I know that feeling and recommend to just calm down for some time, let things absorb in your brain naturally (easy pecreptiong of multiple TF's will come over time) and come down to few golden signals to take with a discipline to avoid getting whipsawed in many so so signals.

Yeah when I learn to read hourly well and take more signals guess it is...
